Enablement isn't adjacent to the business. It is the business.
Fourteen years making Apple's sellers ready.
Trevor J. Braaten spent over 14 years at Apple (2011–2025) in revenue and go-to-market enablement, rising to worldwide leadership and leading a global team of 35. He was part of the team that built Apple's worldwide enterprise motion, helping grow the B2B business from $8 billion to $30 billion.
The through-line, from first role to last: making sellers ready, at the largest scale there is.
- Built the Apple Professional Academy from scratch — the enablement arm of the Apple Partner Network. Year one: engagement grew 16,000 → 40,000 (up 150%); participating partners grew 222 → 2,050 (up 823%).
- Co-created AVA (later Sales Coach), Apple's first AI-powered sales assistant, the first use of AI in Apple sales, reaching ~300,000 users.
- Built and delivered AiDA, the AI-literacy program that trained 8,000 Apple sellers in early 2025.
- Led BizWeb, Apple's internal B2B communications platform (25,000 average monthly users). Its content was the first Apple sales content used to train Apple's LLM.
- BBA in Finance, Adelphi University (10 Under 10 honoree). Anthropic Academy and Google Gemini AI Essentials.
North of Quota exists because the mid-market can't hire this — 84–90% of organizations now have an enablement function, but at 20–150 sellers it's usually one overwhelmed person or nobody. A subscription puts a senior department within reach.

Most consultants learned enablement on the side. This is the main event.
Every playbook, cadence, and agent in the North of Quota system was pressure-tested on real sellers before it ever reached a client.
