A full enablement department. One subscription.

A full-time enablement director runs $180K+ all-in — if you can find one. North of Quota delivers a senior, systemized department for a fraction of that, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting and one accountable operator doing the thinking.

The front door

Every engagement starts with the Baseline.

The Baseline
A three-week, fixed-scope audit of your onboarding, content, coaching, tools, and measurement. Where's your line, where's the team against it, and the 90-day plan north. You get a scorecard across all five systems — with us or without us.

For context: the fractional enablement market runs $5K–$15K/month, and a full-time enablement director is $180K+ all-in. North of Quota prices at the top of the band, on that track record. And Max still costs about what one mid-level hire would.

Straight answers

Questions buyers actually ask.

What's the commitment?
Subscriptions run on a quarterly commitment, month-to-month after that. A quarter is the honest minimum: it's one full cycle of the cadence — enough time to move a number, not just make a plan. The Baseline is fixed-scope with no commitment beyond its three weeks.
How does the 50% Baseline credit work?
Simple math. The Baseline is $18,000. Start any subscription within 60 days of the final readout and $9,000 credits against your first quarter. The audit pays for half of itself the moment you act on it.
What actually happens at the QBR?
The scoreboard, in front of your leadership. Ramp time, content usage, coaching activity, win rate, and attainment against the line, each measured against the 90-day plan we set last quarter. Then three decisions: what scales, what gets cut, and what the next 90 days target. If the numbers aren't moving, you'll hear it from us first.
Do we have to start with the Baseline?
Yes. And you'd want to. Prescribing a subscription without an audit is how enablement gets a bad name. Three weeks of counting tells both of us whether there's a real engagement here, and the 90-day plan is yours either way.
We have one enablement person. Does this replace them?
No — it makes them dangerous. Most one-person enablement teams drown in requests and never get to the system. North of Quota brings the operating system, the cadence, and the agent suite; your person keeps the context and the relationships. It's the difference between a player and a program.
How fast can we start?
The Baseline kicks off within two weeks of signature, runs three weeks, and the subscription can start the Monday after the readout. From first call to running cadence in about six weeks.
Who does the work?
A senior operator owns your account end to end — built on enablement proven at Apple scale, with the Uptick agents carrying the work around the work. No bait-and-switch to a junior team after the sale: the senior operator who scopes your system is the one who runs it.
